Beschreibung
Andrew Paxton (Ryan Reynolds) is an assistant to Margaret Tate (Sandra Bullock), the executive editor-in-chief of a book publishing company. She’s tortured him for years, never giving him a chance to progress as an editor. Then she forces him to marry her, after finding out she’ll be deported back to Canada. Taking advantage of the situation, Andrew agrees to play along, as long as he is promoted to editor. With the deal done, the ‘happy’ couple travel to Alaska to tell Andrew’s parents. With an immigration official following them around to make sure the wedding’s legit, the two come under a lot of pressure to keep the game going. - © Emily Corine
